Exchange for Wrong Item, Damage or Defective Item

If you receive the wrong item or if your product is damaged or defective upon delivery, or does not meet the specifications listed on the product detail page, it may be returned for an exchange of a similar-replacement item only.

This product may be returned for reasons other than damage or wrong item for a restocking / refurbishment fee of 10% of the entire purchase price PLUS the customer must pay the return-freight cost.  Call our Customer Service Center for more details.
